Acquiring the raw material
Obtain detailed information from the customer regarding their fabric requirements, including desired type of fabric, color, pattern, and quantity.
- Research and source high-quality fabric suppliers that meet the customer’s specifications and have a reputation for delivering excellent products.
- Request fabric samples from potential suppliers for evaluation and approval by the customer.
- Once the fabric has been selected and approved, negotiate pricing and place an order with the chosen supplier.
- Monitor the production and delivery of the fabric to ensure it meets the agreed upon quality standards and timeline.
- Conduct a quality check upon receiving the fabric to confirm it meets the customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with the customer throughout the process to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction with the chosen fabric.
Fabric cutting
At our facility, we prioritize efficiency and precision in our cutting processes. By spreading the fabric to several layers, we are able to streamline the cutting process for faster and more accurate results. Our skilled staff members are highly experienced and well-equipped with the necessary protection gear to ensure safe cutting practices. Using fabric cutters and safety equipment, we are able to cut the fabric into the desired sizes with utmost care and attention to detail.
Sewing
At our sewing facility, we take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into creating each and every bag. Our team of skilled tailors meticulously stitch together cut fabric pieces, dividing the work into different parts for efficiency. Some of our team members focus on stitching the sides of the bags with precision, while others diligently sew on the top hem handles.

Trimming and quality checks
After the bags have been processed up to this point, they undergo trimming and quality checks to ensure that they meet our high standards of excellence. During this stage, any excess threads are carefully trimmed to create a neat and clean final product. Additionally, any bags that have been accidentally damaged during the manufacturing process are identified and removed from the production line.
Our team of skilled technicians meticulously inspect each bag to guarantee that it meets our stringent quality control criteria. Ironing
After the trimming and quality checks are complete, the bags are sent for the ironing process. Our highly skilled and experienced staff meticulously iron each bag to ensure a flawless finish. We take great care in ensuring that every crease is perfectly pressed, giving the bags a polished and professional appearance. Our commitment to quality shows in the impeccable finish of our ironed bags, making them not just functional, but also aesthetically pleasing.
packing
So, when we’re getting those cotton bags ready for shipping, we make sure to pack them up real nice and tidy. We’ll neatly stack 25 bags in each sack before sealing it up tight. And then, into a sturdy cardboard box. Depending on the customer requirement three or five-layer cardboard boxes can be used. It’s all about making sure those cotton bags arrive at their destination safe and sound, with minimal risk of damage during transit. Plus, let’s be honest – there’s some satisfaction in seeing a well-packed box ready to ship out into the world.
